Tracking my progress

I always track my rides on Strava and Runkeeper. I do this because I want to be able to know what I've done, if I'm improving and to know where I've been.

You'll notice I've added two challenges to Runkeeper - one to do a 30 mile ride in the next 3 months and the other to do 500 total miles in 6 months. I don't know how easy/hard these will be.
